I chose podiatry through leadership. I’m driven by enabling podiatrists to create impact beyond treatment—building stronger associations, advancing the profession globally, and ensuring foot health reaches globally for those who need it most.

2. What ambitions and goals do you have as a member of the FIP Board?

To strengthen our flagship Global Podiatry Summit and build resilient national organizations—the foundation of global collaboration. I’m passionate about driving innovation through strategic partnerships with organizations and industry, while fostering cross-border learning and leadership that advances our profession worldwide.

3. What motivates you in your work?

Seeing podiatrists unlock their full potential—not just as clinicians, but as changemakers in healthcare systems. When strong leadership meets professional passion, we create innovations that improve lives. That possibility drives me every day.

4. What is a hidden talent (or surprising skill) you have?

I’m an enthusiastic top 30 squash player in Denmark with surprisingly quick reflexes! I also have an extensive Rolling Stones vinyl collection—both require dedication, strategy, and knowing when to make your move.
